A New Experience

Tonight I cooked and cleaned house... while wearing a set of ben-wa balls for the first time. Yes, I finally bought a pair.
They are each about an inch in diameter, covered in smooth pink silicone with some sort of free-rattling weight inside, and they are attached to each other by a loop of twine for easy removal.
I wore them for almost 4 hours while I worked.
It was... interesting.
Especially while vacuuming and mopping.
I just love hard, dirty jobs that make me sweat... like housekeeping, of course!

...Boy, am I parched.
